Our Care Staff
All our staff have experience in working with young people and getting the best from them. Our care staff are qualified or training towards a minimum level of NVQ Level Three.
Ongoing educational support will be provided through regular one-to-one key work sessions. Any young person experiencing personal or emotional difficulties will be directed to appropriate conflict resolution programmes.
Marvellous Care also maintains good links with specialist services in the area and ensure individuals are sign posted to the relevant services so they can get the best support for their needs.
Staff Development
At Marvellous Care, we want our staff to provide the best possible service and, as such, we want our staff to have opportunities to learn and develop.
All members of staff will be encouraged to learn on the job, and we will hold regular in-house training events. We will also support them should they wish to take further qualifications.
All of our staff will have regular supervisions with their line manager. The records will contain agreed actions and date of supervisions.
